how long will my design take?
Great question! Turnaround times vary greatly depending the type of project, your response time, revisions, etc. When we start our project, I will outline a detailed calendar of due dates to keep us on task.
what are your prices?
I offer a variety of brand and web packages to meet your needs. Please download my 2017 Price Sheet to see a more detailed view of my prices and services.
what are your payment options?
I currently invoice all design work through Paypal. Don’t worry if you don’t have an account, you can pay the invoice without signing up using just your credit or debit card. All payments and information is 100% secure.
I do offer payment plans upon request where your branding and/or web design package can be broken up into small milestone payments due throughout the design process. The 50% retainer is paid at the time of booking, and the remaining milestone payments and due payment dates will be added to our shared task management calendar.
do you offer refunds?
If you decide to cancel your Creative Type A design service anytime before your booking start date, any payment in addition to the retainer made at booking is refundable (note, the 50% retainer is non-refundable.)
If you choose to cancel your services during the design process, up to 50% refund of the package total is allowed. This percentage will be determined at the time of cancellation and will depend on the amount of time I have already invested into your project, including research, design, email correspondence, or booking of calendar in which other projects may have been turned down after your scheduling. After delivery of concepts, final files or website launch, refunds are unavailable.
do I need to make a deposit?
Often times I am booked several months in advance, and a deposit is required to reserve your spot in my calendar. This means that no one else will be able take your spot once you reserve your place. If you do decide to cancel you services prior to your start date, your deposit may be partially refunded depending on the circumstances. Please see below.
can i create my own Branding package?
I have put together a few base packages that will meet your basic business needs. After chatting with you about your project, if we determine that your brand may need additional elements, then I will prepare a custom proposal just for you. Contact me for more details.
do you offer hosting or web maintenance?
Currently, I recommend the Squarespace platform for most of my clients needs. For domain names, I recommend Namecheap or GoDaddy.
All website packages are provided with a two week trial period your after launch date. Any errors or issues will be fixed complimentary within this period. After the trial period ends, you are responsible for updating and maintaining the content of your website. If you are interested in a monthly or on-call maintenance plan, please contact me for a quote.
If you prefer your website to be built on WordPress or other platform, I am happy to help. Your website hosting must be purchased by you, the client. I recommend Fly Wheel for fast and secure web hosting services.
do you offer printing services?
I currently do not offer in house printing. All files will be digitally delivered in press ready format. I highly recommend MOO. They have great quality, and they often have 15% off specials for New customers like all the time, and you can order a sample pack to see the different options.
